Bryan started the Law Offices of Bryan C. Winn, Inc. to do one thing well: special education law. He helps families with IEPs, 504 plans, due process cases, and injuries to special education students at school. Most of his families are in LAUSD.
In law school at Whittier, Bryan worked in the Lanterman Special Education Clinic. Helping real families there lit a spark that became his career. What drives him is simple: to make the future better for each child he represents.
He has settled thousands of cases and argued cases at hearings and in federal court. His firm has recovered millions of dollars in reimbursement for families. Parents describe him as prompt, patient, and willing to go the extra mile.
Bryan is an attorney, not an advocate. An advocate can help at meetings. An attorney can also file a case against the school district when it won't move, and Bryan does.
Outside the office, Bryan likes running, reading, film, theater and travel. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his daughter.
